The rental rates for Cabarete’s Cita Del Sol complex are listed below. Please note our rental rates are determined by the length of your stay, the season you are visiting and the actual apartment type.

Additional People: Rates are for one or two people. There is a charge of $10 USD per person per day for more than two people.

- Deposit: A deposit of $200 is required for all reservations.
- Cleaning -Full Service: Cleanings are 400 RD$ (Approx 10$ USD) for full service.
- Cleaning – Sheets & Towels Only: 200 RD$ (Approx 5$ USD) for sheets and towel service.
- Electricity: Electricity is charged and is based on the current rate of electricity. An average room using AC an hour a day may be approx. 100 RD$ (Approx. 2.5$ USD)
- Pets: Due to the well being of our other renters and owners, Cita Del Sol does not allow pets for rental clients.
Location: Cita Del Sol is in Cabarete, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.
